Eligibility is determined through an individual assessment. MHH is designed for adults who can live independently, participate in a shared residential environment and follow program and house expectations.

PROGRAM BOUNDARIES
When a Different Level of Support May Be More Appropriate
MHH is an independent living housing program and is not designed to provide hands-on personal care, skilled nursing or continuous supervision.
Requires hands-on assistance with daily living activities
Needs continuous medical monitoring or skilled nursing care
Requires a secured or highly supervised residential environment
Needs cannot be safely supported in a shared independent living home
Behavior presents a significant safety concern for self or others
Needs are better served by a licensed clinical, medical or higher-acuity residential program
